As a UX Strategist, I focus on driving innovation and impact by fostering a culture grounded in four key principles: Excellence, Delivering Efficiency, Driving Growth, and Collaboration.
These principles shape the way I lead and develop high-performing teams which consistently provide effective solutions.

Excellence – Ai Strategy for Workflow Acceleration

Our Business Stakeholders asked us to lean into leveraging Ai as part of our product suite. I led the effort to evolve our enterprise AI Agent into a proactive workflow accelerator. By integrating document processing and contextual “just-in-time” prompts, we transformed the user experience from manual data entry to high-level oversight.

Delivering Efficiency – Solving the Real Problem

During a high-visibility project, I recognized that additional business input was needed to better understand actual user needs. By involving the right stakeholders I was able to quickly pivot the project in a new direction, ensuring we were delivering a more efficient solution within the original timeline.
This approach not only resulted in a more streamlined user experience but also optimized development time and business investment. By reducing the number of iterations, we were able to create the right workflow, delivering real user value and positively impacting the bottom line.

Driving Growth – Delivering Actionable Research Results

I believe in presenting research results in a way that directly connects business goals to user needs. To achieve this, I led my team to create a diagram that clearly highlighted user tasks, priorities, and pain points. This visual representation made it easier for the UX team to connect business objects with proposed UX solutions and outcomes.
By teaching the team how to analyze data effectively and present it to stakeholders, I empowered them to deliver actionable insights that helped stakeholders nod their heads.
